At Mission Workshop, we stand behind the quality of our gear and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in new, un-worn condition with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are intact and the product is free from any signs of wear.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand off your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
